Mordu wanted to create a beautiful address in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. A simple but well-kept place, where seasonal cuisine was offered, without fuss, with good products and real attention to detail. It was also a close-knit team, a lively atmosphere, neighborhood regulars, curious visitors... A project carried out with passion, which had its good story before bowing out. Mordu remains an important chapter for us, made up of encounters, ideas and good times around the table.
