This year, a wine adventure took root between Paris and Burgundy. For the first time, the Caves du Louvre teams have committed themselves to the creation of an exclusive cuvée, in collaboration with Domaine Guillot-Broux, an emblematic figure in the Mâcon region.
From the vine to the cellar, this cuvée is the result of real field work. Throughout the year, our teams regularly went to Cruzille, in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, to participate actively in each stage of the vine cycle: harvesting in September, winter pruning, then vinification alongside Emmanuel Guillot-Broux.
This partnership goes well beyond a simple label: it embodies an approach of transmission, sharing and precision but also a way of training our teams, some of whom had never participated in the harvest before. Domaine Guillot-Broux, certified in organic farming since the 1990s, cultivates exceptional terroirs with a deeply respectful approach to the land. Emmanuel shares his vision and his story with passion, which found a natural echo among the sommeliers at the Caves du Louvre: they too are committed to transmitting their passion for wine, to tell the story of the Cellars, and to make each experience unique.
The cuvée, which is still being aged, should see the light of day at the beginning of September. A Pinot Noir that promises a beautiful expression of the land, like the Caves du Louvre.See you in September to taste this first vintage signed by Les Caves du Louvre x Domaine Guillot-Broux. We'll keep you up to date!
