The Arbre Sec Distillery has an unusual concept, in the heart of the capital.
Discover this original address, nestled at the end of the courtyard of a listed building, both the scene of an artisanal production of French gin, and equipped with an incredible decor on the botanical theme.
The privatized space consists mainly of three rooms with distinct and complementary atmospheres, all communicating with each other. Privatization of the distillery is possible only as a whole. The entire place measures 150m2 and can accommodate up to 50 people in standing format.
At the distillery, each space has been designed and decorated in detail.
Discover our production room here, where our copper still sits, an essential tool for creating our craft spirits.
A glass roof on the ceiling provides a skylight during the day, and a more intimate atmosphere in the evening.
The room has two removable wooden tables, which can accommodate up to 12 people seated.
This room is the largest in the distillery.
It consists of a large concrete central table as well as wall counters all around the room, on which 18 mini copper stills are installed.
This is where we host our distillation workshops and tastings.
The center table can accommodate up to 18 people seated.
Despite being the smallest room in the distillery, this room leaves no one indifferent.
We drew our inspiration for the decor both from the idea of an apothecary store, and from a cabinet of curiosities.
